FoxScan uses AI to read labels and generate insights, and it's designed to be a helpful starting point. AI can make mistakes and labels vary, so results are informational and may not be complete or correct. Always check the actual product packaging for the definitive ingredient and allergen information.
Is my data private?
We only collect what's needed to run the app — your email, your scan history, and basic usage data. You can edit your profile or delete your account from within the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Does it replace medical or dietary advice?
No. FoxScan is an informational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, allergies, and nutrition — especially if you have a medical condition or a severe allergy.
Which devices are supported?
FoxScan is a mobile app for iOS and Android. It's currently available as a TestFlight beta while we prepare for the public App Store and Google Play launch.
How do I cancel?
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings — cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
